Good Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen

Before I continue my speech, I would like to ask with you. Do you Know how amount of unemployment in Indonesia? And Do you know how amount of Poor People until now?

Based on Seputar Indonesia Newspaper, March 3^Th, 2010. Unemployment in Indonesia has 11 Million People. This is large amount, to decrease that amount be our responsibility as Young generation. From Bappenas Statistics, Number of Amount Poor People in Indonesia has 30 Million. To decrease these cases, we must open new business.

With this speech, I want to persuade you all to think how become young entrepreneurs. To become young entrepreneurs is easy. You must have: 1. Handle your fear felt, 2. brave to dream, 3. Brave to Begin and different, 4. Have good idea don’t afraid if you didn’t have nothing like capital.

Firstly, if you want be successfully entrepreneurs, you must handle your fear to failure. Example, Owner of KFC has 19 failed when he first build that business. So, please don’t think afraid to begin new business. Secondly, from now let’s start to dream because dream is manner to think get something. Third, become young entrepreneurs you must fast to begin a new business, if you late so you idea will taken by other people. And you must have different product to your sell, because something different generally make much profit for you.

The last, please don’t afraid if you don’t have capital because the important thing become young entrepreneurs is brilliant idea. Without good idea, you can’t manage your money, right? If now I will give you Rp1.000.000.000, can you develop it, if you don’t have good idea to begin new business or to invest your money? I think that very difficult. If you only have skill and good idea, but you don’t have capital, you can use other people capital and you as worker for the first.

In conclusion ladies and gentlemen, now let’s us think become young entrepreneurs because you only do four step like decrease your fear felt to failure, have brave to dream, have brave to begin with different, the last  you must have good idea and don’t afraid if you don’t have capital. I will give you slogan, “please don’t be tail of elephant, but you must be head of ant”.
